Revocation policy

As a consumer, you have the right to revoke the attorney contract without giving reasons within a period of fourteen days.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform the law firm ALA, Rechtsanwalt Metz, Mühlenweg 3a, 28355 Bremen, Germany, by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail or letter post) of your decision to revoke the contract concluded. In order to meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of your right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without delay, at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from the contract. For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. No fees will be charged for the repayment.

If you have requested that our services begin before the end of the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time we receive your notification of withdrawal compared to the total scope of the services agreed in the contract.

Information on the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal:

In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires when the service has been provided in full and

• the performance of the service has only begun after you as the consumer have given your express consent and
• at the same time have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by us.
