About us

One of the main focuses of ADVOACTION LITIGATION ARBITRATION, a law firm specializing in civil law, is medical law. Of central interest to you are, among other things, provable vaccination injuries, such as those that occur as a result of the various corona vaccinations, but also after other vaccinations, as well as infections with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), which were acquired in connection with institutional medical treatment. What you can expect

• Against the background of our clients’ potential claims, you will continuously review, select, evaluate and make an initial assessment of current medical and scientific findings. The quality of your work is the decisive criterion here: in this area in particular, we strive for a “zero-error strategy”.
• You compare the knowledge gained with our clients’ patient files, some of which you evaluate, and draw the right conclusions.
• A combination of solid medical, immunological, virological and molecular biological expertise and experience is a prerequisite for the successful implementation of these demanding tasks.
• Within our flexible interdisciplinary team, you can work largely from your home office if you wish.
• We value effective, reflective and open communication in a pleasant and respectful atmosphere in which you will also regularly discuss the results of your work.

Your qualification profile

• PhD or Master’s (MA) degree in your field – for example in biology with further specialization as a specialist immunologist, virologist or molecular biologist; in molecular cell biology & immunology; in molecular biology; in human medicine or in a comparable field.
• Profound knowledge in your core specialty and ideally also in related disciplines, which can be proven by your publication record in peer-reviewed journals, references and, if applicable, letters of reference.
• At least ten years of experience in your field and, if applicable, related disciplines.
• Very good knowledge of German and English colloquial and technical language (at least C1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
• Ability to work in a team and openness, initiative and creative drive.
