About us
One of the main focuses of ADVOACTION LITIGATION ARBITRATION, a law firm specializing in civil law, is medical law. Of central interest to you are, among other things, provable vaccination injuries, such as those that occur as a result of the various corona vaccinations, but also after other vaccinations, as well as infections with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), which were acquired in connection with institutional medical treatment. What you can expect
- You evaluate our clients’ medical records for possible claims against (medical) practitioners, manufacturers of medical devices and pharmaceutical companies, develop a strategy for the effective out-of-court settlement of claims on the basis of current case law and, if necessary, are responsible for the subsequent assertion of claims in court.
- You benefit from our in-house expertise in the scientific and medical field to maximize your litigation success.
- Within our interdisciplinary team, you can work largely from your home office if you wish.
- We value effective, reflective and open communication in a pleasant and respectful atmosphere.
Your qualification profile
- You have a degree in law, which you have completed with honors.
- Profound knowledge in medical law and ideally also in commercial and corporate law, which can be proven by a doctorate or publications.
- At least three years’ experience in your specialist area.
- Very good knowledge of German and English colloquial and technical language (at least C1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
- Good IT skills in MS Office applications.
- Communication skills, ability to act independently and responsibly, strong negotiating skills, initiative and creative drive.
Willingness to familiarize yourself with areas of law other than those mentioned above.
